Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24-hour notice for any schedule changes and cancellations. Cancellations or missed appointments without notice may result in a fee: 50% for the first missed appointment, 100% for subsequent ones. We may also require a credit card on file to charge these fees if needed.
In case of illness, fever, or infection, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also lead to cancellations, and we ask for mutual understanding. Emergency, illness, or weather-related cancellations are typically exempt from fees, but this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for paperwork and intake questions. If you’re late, call ahead so we can try to accommodate. Sessions will still end at the same schedule time, and full fees apply, even if the session is shortened. If we’re late, we’ll extend your session or adjust the charge accordingly.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Our sessions are strictly for relaxation and therapy—there is no sexual aspect. Any inappropriate behavior will end the session immediately, and you’ll be charged in full. We may also refuse future services and report the behavior to authorities if needed. Please treat everyone with respect.
